Thorsten Groth
Dr. Thorsten Groth is a Principal in Roland Berger's Investor Support Expert Team in Munich. He focuses on the assessment of investment opportunities (commercial due diligence, target screening), market reviews, value creation projects (full potential plan, strategy development, synergy identification, performance measures) as well as exit support (equity story, vendor commercial due diligence) for private equity, family offices and corporate clients. Thorsten has more than 12 years of experience in a broad range of industries with an emphasis on industrial products & services, energy, automotive and healthcare.
Thorsten holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kfm.) from the European Business School (ebs), an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh as well as a PhD from the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Thorsten is a CFA charterholder.
